About WaterCEU

WaterCEU is a compliance ledger for licensed water & wastewater operators: log your continuing-education hours in seconds, keep every course certificate in one private vault, track your progress against your state's actual requirement, and walk into a renewal or an audit with the paperwork already in hand.

Who's behind it

WaterCEU is a service provided by TAPTENNIS, LLC. It's built and run by Ken Holm, a software developer — a small operation on purpose, which is why support email goes to a person, not a queue.

How we handle the rules

Every state page on this site is verified against the state's own regulation and agency publications, with the citation and verification date printed on the page. Where a rule is ambiguous or the sources are silent, the page says so and names the agency contact who can answer — we publish honest gaps, never guesses. Requirements change, so treat your state board as the final word: WaterCEU is a record-keeping tool, not compliance or legal advice.

What we're not

We don't sell courses, award hours, or have any affiliation with any state board or certifying body. And we never sell your data — see the privacy policy.
